Exercise improves scholastic performance in children with ADHD

· Exercise,Lifestyle,school

I’m back to share with you the importance of exercise, especially for children with ADHD.

A study was conducted in 2013, looking at the effect of one round of moderately intense aerobic exercise in preadolescent children with ADHD.

The researchers found that children with ADHD improved in processing information and exhibited better control. They also improved in reading and arithmetic.

So, find sporting activities that your child enjoys and get them to do that, before they settle down to do their homework every afternoon.

Also, remember to feed them brain ‘smart’ foods and to hydrate them with lots of filtered water!
