Did you know that… praying has many health benefits?

Researchers at Harvard Medical School conducted a study to investigate the short and long-term effects of meditation, yoga and repetitive prayer on gene expression.

What they discovered was that those who had been practising meditation, yoga and repetitive prayer had turned on more “disease-fighting genes”.

Meditation, yoga and repetitive prayer had switched on what is called the relaxation response.

Incorporating these spiritual practices into your child’s life and your family’s life can have positive effects on everyone’s mental and physical wellbeing.
