Did you know that artificial food colourings may increase hyperactivity in children?

In a review conducted in 2004, two researchers assessed 15 clinical trials to find out whether artificial food colourings could contribute to the behavioural symptoms associated with hyperactive disorders.

The results revealed that artificial food colourings promoted hyperactivity in hyperactive children.

As a parent, you may want to investigate this with your child/children.

I found a Doctor trained in Nutritional and Environmental Medicine who helped me to sort out my daughter's dietary issues. If you are interested, you can find a doctor at the ACNEM website.
