Do you have trouble getting your little ones to eat healthy food?

This is challenging for most parents, especially if your child has been diagnosed with ADHD.

Book 2 of the series, “But why… EAT like that?” has an outline of four simple dishes to encourage children to eat from a rainbow of fruits and vegetables every day.

The first dish is a rainbow coloured fruit salad, which includes: raspberries, rockmelon, pineapple, honeydew melon and blueberries.

You can use this as a starting point to motivate your child, to create their own colourful fruit salad.
