Fay's Coconut and Berry Smoothie

I've created another super healthy breakfast smoothie!

Here is my recipe...

250 mls filtered water

250 mls Coconut milk (organic, unsweetened)

1 Banana (large, frozen)

1 punnet Blueberries

0.5 punnet Strawberries (or any berries you like)

0.5 punnet Raspberries (or any berries you like)

2-3 tbsps Goji berries (dried)

1 tbsp Chia seeds (soak over night in 200 mls of filtered water - keep refrigerated)

1 tbsp Linseeds (grounded)

1 tbsp Sunflower seeds (grounded)

2-3 tbsps Almonds (raw, soak over night - keep refrigerated - and skin before using them)

3 tbsps Walnuts

1 tbsp Brazil nuts

This makes 2 smoothies!

I drink one and refrigerate the other, so I can drink it the next day. Seal it well in a jar with a tight lid!

Experiment with it and swap out the berries with other berries, add pumpkin and/or sesame seeds. It's a great way to start the day!
