In the hectic world we live in, it is important to learn to relax or de-stress. This is even more important if you are living in an ADHD household.
There are several techniques that you can use to help yourself and your family.
It is important for both your physical and emotional health, to learn how to do some of these techniques at home and to do get into the practice of doing them daily.
Even ten minutes a day will make a difference.
I will not discuss the research behind all of these techniques, as I have written about it in other blog posts.
