Did you know that music therapy can help children with ADHD?

Allow me to share with you some interesting research that supports the above statement…

According to a study published in 2006, a researcher examined the effects of instructional music therapy and improvisational music therapy on motor impulsivity amongst adolescent boys with ADHD.

Both types of music therapy (instructional and improvisational) resulted in a significant increase in the accuracy of motor skills tests.

Also, these boys had significant reductions in inattention, hyperactivity and impulsive behaviours according to their teachers.
