Tai Chi reduces stress, anxiety and depression

I’m sure I don't have to remind you how important exercise is!

But... did you know, that Tai Chi benefits you, both physically and mentally?

A review was published in 2009, that assessed the effects of Tai Chi in clinical trails involving anxiety, depression, stress and mood disturbances.

Twenty-one of the clinical trials demonstrated that Tai Chi significantly improved psychological wellbeing by reducing stress, anxiety, depression and improved mood.

Many children with ADHD also suffer from moodiness, anxiety, depression and often that leads to stress. So why not give it a try?
